Job Title:

On Air Talent (Part-Time) - Atlanta Radio

• Show prep, including format related content, gospel‑culture, urban‑culture content, local content, web and social media content, and commercial or personal endorsement content.
• Hosting regular Sunday air shifts and other voice‑tracked shifts as assigned.
• Working closely with the assistant program director to develop relatable content, execute format, and deliver ratings goals.
• Control board operation, including editing phone bits, interviews, and other audio.
• Remotes and appearances at the station or life group functions as assigned.
• Working with sales and promotions to maximize revenue opportunities, including promotions and personal endorsements.

• Minimum 1-year on‑air experience required.
• Strong on‑air presence.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience operating all on‑air and production equipment.
• Experience with audio software editing products (Adobe Audition, etc.).
• Computer skills for audio delivery and automation systems (Wide Orbit, Audio vault, etc.), word processing, audio editing, and web/social media.
• Primary shift on Sundays; flexibility to support alternate shifts as scheduled.
• Bringing a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and strong social media skills.

• Previous experience in a radio Gospel format preferred.
