Esports Event Volunteer — Networking

ITSS owns and operates the Carolina Games Summit, hosting events across the eastern United States. We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our upcoming collaboration with the Southern‑Fried Gaming Expo in Atlanta, GA, from July 31st to August 2nd, 2026.

• Assist tournament directors and other volunteers in daily event operations
• Register attendees and answer their questions about the event
• Help test and set up equipment before the event begins
• Market the event and introduce attendees to its features
• Manage tournament brackets and coordinate free‑play areas
• Provide general hospitality services, including cleanup and tear‑down after the event

• Demonstrated love of video games (required)
• Strong work ethic and high standards of quality
• Over 18 years old with an open schedule (or parental permission if under 18)
• Recommendation letter from a parent or current/former employer
• Background check will be performed for all volunteers

• Event passes for the Summit
• Volunteer T‑shirt
• Access to insider information about the event
• Networking opportunities with event sponsors, speakers, and exhibitors before, during, and after the event
• Shared hotel rooms may be provided based on availability
• Resume building and potential recommendations for future opportunities within ITSS or the broader game industry
