Job SummaryServe as the primary point of contact for patron and lobby operations when the Patron & Event Services Coordinator is not present. This position will interact on a regular basis with:
Patrons, students, faculty, and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel:
Venue rental clients and patrons. This position will supervise:
Staff and student ushers
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma
Other Required Qualifications
This job will require standing for long periods and handling of average weight objects up to 50 pounds.
Required Experience
One to two years of job related experience
Preferred QualificationsAdditional Preferred Qualifications
Preferred skills include familiarity with event related software, ability to communicate and interact within multicultural groups, familiarity with fire code for public venues, and training in basic first aid and AED defibrillator use.
Preferred Educational Qualifications
Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or two years college course work
