Compensation:
- $750 monthly retainer
- 15% commission on gross revenue from entertainment opportunities you directly secure, negotiate, and manage

We’re seeking an ambitious, well-connected, and relationship-driven Entertainment Manager to represent
The Ebonizer
(recording artist, speaker, and entrepreneur) and
Jeff “Mr. No Chill” Baylock
(comedian, host, and entertainer). This individual will also develop opportunities where they appear together as a married entertainment duo.
This is a unique opportunity to help build two growing entertainment brands while working directly with the founders during an exciting stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure paid concerts, performances, comedy shows, and live appearances.
- Book speaking engagements, hosting opportunities, and corporate events.
- Pitch podcasts, television, radio, magazines, blogs, and other media outlets.
- Develop relationships with promoters, venues, talent buyers, event organizers, and entertainment professionals.
- Negotiate appearance and performance agreements.
- Coordinate booking logistics, schedules, and entertainment calendars.
- Identify brand collaborations, endorsement opportunities, and strategic entertainment partnerships.
- Attend strategy meetings and provide weekly pipeline and activity updates.
- Travel with talent when needed for performances, media appearances, conferences, networking events, and other business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in entertainment management, talent management, booking, public relations, artist development, or a related field.
- Strong entertainment industry network is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and project management abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
- Passion for helping artists and entertainers build long-term careers.
- Atlanta-based candidates are strongly preferred.
