Encore Global -  - Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and venue staff, providing outstanding customer service while focusing on customer retention;
Manage on-site operations including scheduling, equipment setups, operation, and strikes to ensure timely delivery and client specification;
Lead revenue management at the location, including labor, equipment sub-rentals, and cost controls to maximize profitability;
Supervise and develop the on-site team, coordinating with venue management and internal stakeholders to ensure high performance;
Collaborate with vendors and Encore departments to service events, prepare quotes/proposals, and participate in site visits and planning
