Front Desk Associate

Golf House Academy is Atlanta's premier destination for golf education - a 9,000 sq ft all-indoor facility near Buckhead and Midtown, combining tour-level technology (Trackman, Foresight, Putt View) with TPI-certified and PGA-trained coaches. We support players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive golfers.

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and organized Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for every customer who walks through our doors. You set the tone - from a friendly hello to a smooth check-in and a confident answer to any question. Above all, this role exists to support our whole coaching team in delivering the best possible service and customer experience, freeing our coaches to focus on what they do best: teaching great golf.

• Warmly greet every customer and make a great first impression, guiding them through check-in.
• Own check-in and check-out, making sure billing is handled correctly and customers are ready for their lessons.
• Guide customers through our app, self check-in terminal, and barcode scanner.
• Handle inquiries with confidence - bookings, cancellations, payments, and subscriptions - and upscale bigger issues cleanly.
• Hand customers off to their instructor and keep the flow smooth and professional.
• Sell and grow the business (memberships, future bookings, leagues), rewarded through our commission structure.
• Keep the space spotless and inviting: tidy front desk, stocked supplies, fresh restrooms, and sharp merchandising.
• Bring ideas to continually improve the customer experience.

• Sales-minded and motivated to help the business grow.
• Comfortable with technology - apps, terminals, and booking systems.
• Reliable, professional, and takes genuine pride in a job well done.
• Ideal shift is 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with some flexibility we're happy to discuss.
• Saturday availability preferred.
