Support the Experience Team and Door Holder teams in delivering a remarkable guest experience at the 515 location. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

• Oversee the guest experience at the 515 location on Sunday mornings and during special events (Experience, Parking, Security, Medic)
• Ensure standards are met at 515 in cleanliness, environment look + feel, and Door Holder practices
• Partner with 515 Experience Lead to recruit, onboard, lead, and maintain Door Holders to cast vision, continue training, and build relationships
• Create a Door Holder culture within Passion City Church's set of behaviors, terms, and values to ensure the optimal experience for all coming through the doors
• Work alongside other Passion City Church teams (Students, Community Groups, The Grove, Passion Kids/bloom, etc.) to ensure congruency as we serve the people of our House
• Monitor scheduling of Experience, Parking, and Security Door Holders through CONNECT for Sunday gatherings and special events
• Ensure consistency and effectiveness in all systems and procedures each week
• Manage relationships and details related to off-site parking and shuttles

Monday – Thursday 9a – 5p, and all day Sunday

515 Experience Lead

• 1+ years of experience in guest experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, a high initiative, logistically minded, has creative and environmental vision, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences
• Competent in explaining concepts and processes verbally and in written form
• Show capacity and drive to connect individuals to a larger cause
  
  Ability to establish strong professional relationships with peers, Door Holders, and vendors

• Loves Jesus, the people of Passion City Church, the city of Atlanta, and the world
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations
• Acts as an advocate of the culture and vision of Passion
• A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team
• Low drama, high-momentum, high-capacity, positivity, over-comer, dreamer, creative, can-do-whatever-it-takes attitude
• High level of initiative and ability to take a proactive approach to work
