The Maintenance Staff members are responsible for maintaining lot cleanliness and ensuring signage & cones are placed in the proper designated areas for Truist Park events. The Maintenance Staff position will last the duration of the 2026 MLB Braves season home games. • Parking lot clean up after events.
• Basic janitorial functions during and after events.
• Willing to work in ALL weather conditions.
• Delivery of supplies during the event.
• Ability to operate company vehicles throughout the property safely.
• Must be able to work ALL Braves Home Games.
• Follow all safety standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will be expected to take direction from Managers, Supervisors, and emergency responders during emergencies.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• 1+ years in a customer service role.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working in outdoor/extreme weather conditions is preferred.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be able to work standing up/on feet for extended periods.

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
