Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in‑store experience.

• Monday–Friday:
  Store open 9 AM – 5 PM
• Team hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Closed on most Federal Holidays

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services.
• Operate point‑of‑sale system, printers, and store equipment.
• Process orders and provide product/service recommendations.
• Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good time management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Retail/POS software experience preferred.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
