A day in the lifeAs the Sr Analyst, Treasury, you’ll manage daily cash flow, lead the 13-week cash forecast, handle intercompany payments, and craft repatriation strategies in markets such as Argentina, Trinidad and Tobago, and Colombia. You will help power our treasury and finance systems with technology implementations and project management.
The impact you ll make- Monitor and analyze daily cash positioning across multiple jurisdictions and bank accounts. Partner with affiliates to improve short- and long-term cash flow forecasting accuracy. Support optimization of minimum operating balances and the investment of excess funds.
- Lead and execute cash repatriation strategies. Collaborate with international accounting, tax, and legal teams to ensure compliant execution of intercompany settlements (dividends, royalties, management fees, and recharges).
- Assist in the integration and maintenance of bank connectivity with SAP (e.g., SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity and S4
HANA) and other initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and treasury policies. - Participate in strategic project initiatives for liquidity, cash management, process improvement, and automation.
- Manage regional banking relationships and bank cases; support bank account management activity (KYC, user access, and bank account management) and promote banking education to internal partners.
- Bachelor s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a multinational or consumer goods environment (preferred).
- Advanced Excel and analytical modeling skills; experience with Word/PowerPoint. Experience using Power BI is a bonus. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CFA or CTP.
- Other knowledge or skills: N/A.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $68,000–$100,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
