A fast-growing, well-funded fintech lender is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join their data-driven Credit Risk team in Atlanta.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll use your analytical and coding skills (SQL required, Python preferred) to shape credit strategies, underwriting policies, and portfolio performance for a rapidly scaling lending platform.

You’ll:

• Support the Director in ownin their US credit strategy - applying a test and learn approach to portfolio optimization
• Analyze and monitor portfolio performance and risk trends.
• Develop data-led strategies to optimize profitability, balancing portfolio growth with credit risk
• Present data-driven proposals to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align risk with growth.

You:

• Expertise in data driven credit strategy within the lending/credit space
• Love solving complex problems with data.
• Are comfotable communicating complex analysis in a straight forward manner to diverse stakeholders
