Controller - NORTH ATLANTA!

LHH is partnering with a well-established, highly respected company in a Tech related industry to identify a Controller
. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and team development while partnering closely with executive leadership.

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and maintain strong internal controls
• Manage external audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors
• Oversee treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, debt compliance, and covenant reporting
• Optimize working capital and support risk management related to liquidity, debt, and financial exposure
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and treasury teams
• Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insight, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives, including M&A

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with cash management, debt financing, and treasury operations
• Advanced Excel skills
• $200,000 – $230,000+ base, plus bonus and additional incentives
