Arcus Capital Partners
, an Atlanta, Georgia based Registered Investment Advisor with more than $2 Billion in assets under management, is seeking a Director of Research to lead the investment research efforts of the firm. This role will be instrumental in building the research platform, optimizing due diligence processes and driving the development of alternative investment capabilities. The research will include efforts to potentially launch a Global Tactical ETF.

The position will be based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead all due diligence efforts related to all firmwide investments and seek to discover new strategies that can be accretive to client experiences.
  • Conduct research and diligence related to the creation of a Global Tactical EFT.
  • Enhance investment research methodologies to ensure a rigorous research framework.
  • Oversee due diligence and evaluation of investment managers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a curated focus list of high-quality investment strategies.
  • Conduct deep research on investment strategies, including alternative investments, and present findings internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize the investment platform and enhance portfolio strategies.
  • Opine on market trends, economic shifts, and industry developments impacting investment strategies.
Qualifications
  • Primary qualifications are passion for the investment business, intellectual curiosity, exceedingly strong work ethic and a can do attitude.
  • Minimum 2 years of investment research or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills—must be able to translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience with alternative investments and multi-asset strategies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, and Tamarac Reporting is a plus.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-growing, high-performance environment.
