Reporting to the America’s Head of Energy, this role will be primarily responsible to execute multinational product strategy and portfolio management across the North America Energy Underwriting Platform.

• Lead the development, implementation and execution of the multinational property offering within assigned regions. Oversee the multinational value proposition that brings together a global controlled master program to deliver upon clients’ risk transfer needs in the local geographies in which they operate.
• Ensure adherence to fronting & underwriting CUO guidelines spanning NA Energy MN Business portfolio.
• Externally, develop relationships with key clients and broker partners, and participate at insurance related events as a means of growing market capability awareness. Point of escalation on all matters pertaining to the managed portfolio.
• Budget responsibility for developing the "NAD Energy" production component with Finance and in partnership with the business to oversee execution.
• Product liaison to/from AIG’s Multinational Division in North America. Support the Global Head of Multinational Property & Energy through active participation and contribution to the leadership and direction of AIG’s Multinational business.

• Ability to engage/influence multiple stakeholders without reporting line to meet current and future business needs of complex transactions.
• Knowledge of Multinational business across multiple markets, including structuring, reinsurance, financial, legal and regulatory aspects.
• Excellent communications skills including effective engagement with senior level managers across multiple levels and areas of the company, and externally with key clients and broker partners.
• Understand international regulatory and compliance processes.
• Analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and distribution.
• Process and system skills.
• Technical underwriting experience with a broad view.
• Experience with actuarial data and underwriting modelling techniques
