Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Dunwoody, GA (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 base + potential bonus

Hybrid: 1 day per week onsite in Dunwoody, GA

The Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful insights, improve decision-making, and support budgeting and forecasting across the organization. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and collaborating directly with operational leaders.

• Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide insights and recommendations to leadership
• Support budgeting and forecasting for multiple business units and locations
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and decision‑making
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries (Excel and Power BI)
• Support revenue, cost, and margin analysis
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and leadership requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance/accounting role
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, reporting, index/match, sumifs, shortcuts)
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders

• Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Healthcare or services industry experience
• Advanced financial modeling experience
