PositionSummary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets to play a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital formation and investor engagement initiatives. This individual will work closely with the Vice President of Investor Relations and cross-functional teams to execute fundraising strategies, deliver best-in-class investor communications, and respond to ongoing investor reporting needs.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with exceptional organization and communication skills and will be comfortable working across multiple internal departments to produce accurate, timely, and comprehensive investor-level reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and refinement of investor-facing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, and data room content
- Investor Relations, Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work collaboratively with internal teams—including asset management, portfolio management, investments, accounting, legal, and operations—to gather, analyze, and synthesize information for investor communications
- Produce comprehensive firm-, fund-, and investor-level reporting for quarterly communications and for ongoing ad-hoc investor requests
- Support preparation of quarterly reports, annual meeting materials, capital call and distribution notices, and performance updates
- Respond to investor inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Assist in crafting tailored communications for institutional investors, RIAs, family offices, and consultants
- Maintain and enhance the firm’s CRM and investor database
- Produce internal reporting on fundraising progress and investor engagement metrics
- Help build and refine scalable processes and best practices for the Investor Relations function
- Manage multiple workflows and deliverables simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
- Monitor fundraising trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Assist in refining Peachtree’s investment narrative and market positioning
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, due diligence sessions, and industry conferences
- Support the Vice President of Investor Relations in developing targeted outreach and fundraising strategies
- Provide analytical support for investor presentations, data requests, and strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, private equity, real estate, investment banking, asset management, or related financial services roles
- Highly analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in fund analysis, investment analysis, or financial modeling
- Familiarity with real estate, private equity, or alternative investment strategies
- Strong project management background with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with sophisticated investors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
