Finance & Accounting Manager​/Accountant

We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager / Accountant (depending on the qualification) who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the organization. In this role, you will work closely with the President and executive leadership team, taking ownership of hands‑on financial operations, supporting audits and compliance, and serving as a key liaison between the company and external auditors and service providers.

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
• Conduct full‑cycle accounting, including accounts payable and receivable; bank and account reconciliations; monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Coordinate with external service providers for payroll processing and 401(k) benefits administration
• Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place for employee reimbursements and compliance filings
• Partner with external accountants and auditors on tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Manage vendor payments, software subscriptions, and financial systems administration
• Act as a primary point of contact for auditors and external stakeholders, clarifying requests and ensuring timely and accurate submissions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting (level and scope adjusted based on Accountant vs. Manager experience)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Proficiency in Peachtree (or similar accounting software), Excel, and cloud‑based financial tools
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (reading and speaking)
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
