** Job Description Summary
** The Revenue Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP and maintaining accurate financial reporting. This role will partner with regional finance teams and business units to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition, manage internal controls, and support audits.
** Key Areas of Responsibility
*** Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert (US GAAP and company policies) for revenue-related inquiries within assigned regions.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
* Review and approve complex revenue contracts, including multi-element arrangements and Subscriptions. Write technical memos summarizing contract reviews (including guidance and conclusions).
* Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure proper contract structuring and documentation.
* Perform annual pricing studies to determine standalone selling prices (SSPs) for all products and services.
* Support external and internal audits related to revenue accounting.
