Who: Experienced accounting professionals (5–7+ years) passionate about nonprofit organizations and ready to serve as an outsourced Controller/CFO.
What: Provide outsourced Controller services including financial reporting, budgeting, grant management, audit preparation, and operational improvements for multiple nonprofit clients.
When: Full-time (35-hour work week) or part-time opportunities available.

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (35-hour work week) + overtime eligibility and bonus potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients
Transform financial departments to strengthen mission impact
Prepare financial reports and board‑level presentations
Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
Manage AP, AR (including revenue recognition), payroll, reconciliations, and month‑end close
Perform budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and data visualization
Oversee grant management, allocations, and funder reporting
Prepare for and manage annual audits
Train client staff and provide financial leadership guidance
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
5–7+ years of accounting experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with multiple GL systems, especially Quick Books and electronic bill pay platforms
Ability to manage multiple clients independently in a remote environment
Passion for nonprofit organizations
CPA certification (preferred)
Nonprofit, public accounting, or consulting experience (preferred)
Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
