Who: Experienced accounting professionals (5–7+ years) passionate about nonprofit organizations and ready to serve as an outsourced Controller/CFO.

What: Provide outsourced Controller services including financial reporting, budgeting, grant management, audit preparation, and operational improvements for multiple nonprofit clients.

When: Full-time (35-hour work week) or part-time opportunities available.

Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 annually (35-hour work week) + overtime eligibility and bonus potential.

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients

• Transform financial departments to strengthen mission impact

• Prepare financial reports and board‑level presentations

• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls

• Manage AP, AR (including revenue recognition), payroll, reconciliations, and month‑end close

• Perform budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and data visualization

• Oversee grant management, allocations, and funder reporting

• Prepare for and manage annual audits

• Train client staff and provide financial leadership guidance

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with multiple GL systems, especially Quick Books and electronic bill pay platforms

• Ability to manage multiple clients independently in a remote environment

• Passion for nonprofit organizations

• CPA certification (preferred)

• Nonprofit, public accounting, or consulting experience (preferred)

• Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus)
