** Job Description
**** FP&A Analyst
** As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping Landmark's financial strategy and providing valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.

* * Duties/Responsibilities:
** The duties listed below are an outline of the FP&A Analyst’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.  As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue, expenses, and profit margins. Monitor KPI trends and identify any unexpected variances.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve budgeting processes. Create financial projections and operating forecasts.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management. Provide insights on financial performance against budget and forecast.
* Prepare NAV, equity roll forwards, and debt compliance schedules and reports.
* Update weekly cash flow forecast and reporting.
* Conduct ad-hoc business performance reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
* Assist with ERP system management and financial process improvement.
* Assist in building financial models to support strategic decisions.
* Work closely with the CFO, VP of Accounting, Director of FP&A, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Continually enhance budgeting processes and financial projections.
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Minimum 2-4 years of corporate finance experience.
** Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
*** Proven experience in financial management, preferably within real estate development.
* Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
* Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
* Experience with financial planning tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
