Judson Group is proud to partner with a leading, family-owned RIA in Atlanta managing nearly $3B in assets. For more than four decades, this firm has built lifelong client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and highly personalized service. More than an advisory practice, it’s a close-knit community that prioritizes people—clients, employees, and partners alike.
We are seeking a polished, client-focused Associate Wealth Advisor to support a team of Wealth Managers in delivering exceptional service and thoughtful portfolio management. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, investment-savvy professional who thrives behind the scenes—but also enjoys meaningful client interaction.
If you’re looking to deepen your technical expertise while playing an integral role in the client experience, this is a compelling opportunity to grow within a respected, relationship-driven firm.
Why You’ll Love This Role:- Join a firm that values long-term relationships and genuine collaboration.
- Be an active participant in client interactions—not just operational support.
- Expand your technical and client-facing skillset within a sophisticated wealth management environment.
- Partner closely with experienced Wealth Managers in a firm that truly operates as a team.
- Attend client meetings, capture detailed notes, and document interactions promptly in the CRM.
- Prepare and distribute meeting follow-ups and client correspondence.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently, collaborating with Wealth Managers when needed.
- Occasionally meet directly with clients to gather or clarify information.
- Collect and organize data for client reviews and identify potential planning opportunities.
- Partner with the Financial Planning team to ensure seamless coordination.
- Execute minor portfolio adjustments and trade-related tasks, including raising cash, as directed.
- Assist in preparing portfolio reports, analytics, and presentation materials.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity.
- Support firm-wide market and securities research initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends, investment products, and portfolio management best practices.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Help ensure workflows are organized, efficient, and aligned with service standards.
- 3–5 years of experience within financial services or wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of investment concepts, portfolio construction, and market infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Competitive base salary and bonus
