Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tax Senior Manager or Director located in Atlanta, GA. The individual will oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting functions, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing tax preparation and review processes, conducting tax research, mentoring team members, and collaborating with other departments to support organizational goals and strategies. The role also involves building relationships with clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and staying current with changes in tax laws and regulations.

• Strong expertise in tax compliance, planning, and consulting
• Proficiency in tax research, analysis, and problem-solving
• Effective leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Advanced proficiency in using tax preparation software and relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is highly desirable)
• Extensive experience in public accounting or corporate tax functions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of current federal, state, and local tax regulations
