***** Lead large‑scale, complex, and cross‑functional programs with end‑to‑end accountability.
* Define and maintain program/project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and escalation paths.
* Create and manage consolidated program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
* Ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery aligned to business strategy.
* Apply AI‑enhanced tools for planning, reporting, risk detection, automation, and execution quality.
* Maintain and evolve PMO governance standards, methodologies, and enterprise project controls.
* Implement strong mechanisms for ongoing project control, including risk, issue, and change management.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and data‑governance requirements.
* Use AI‑based monitoring tools to proactively identify risks, trends, and execution gaps.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
