VP of Finance

Summary

Our growing client is seeking a VP of Finance to join their team. The VP of Finance supports a Business Unit President with all financial needs.

• Serve as the senior financial partner to regional leadership, translating financial performance into actionable insights and aligning strategy with enterprise growth goals.
• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in partnership with Corporate Finance.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers of results.
• Partner with operational leadership to optimize labor, productivity, cost structures, and revenue performance while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support related to volume trends, staffing models, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, revenue integrity, strong financial controls, and adherence to company policies and governance standards.
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting and present financial results, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop regional finance team members while promoting financial acumen and accountability across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years progressive finance leadership experience in a multi-site organization
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and manage complex regional P&Ls.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and executive communication skills.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
