As a leading RIA firm, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a New Business Associate, this role is located in our Atlanta, GA office.
The New Business Associate is a critical member of the wealth management team, responsible for the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for all new prospects and clients. This role serves as the primary liaison during the transition into the firm, ensuring a seamless data collection process, accurate system integration, and proactive communication until the client is fully transitioned to their permanent service team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Onboarding & Salesforce Management:
Lead the onboarding process by collecting essential information from prospects and clients, facilitating all necessary paperwork and applications, and ensuring all data is accurately entered into the Salesforce CRM. - Financial Plan Data Collection:
Direct the collection of comprehensive financial data required to build robust financial plans. - Technology Integration (eMoney & Orion):
Link client accounts to eMoney Advisor and maintain rigorous labeling consistency across both eMoney and Orion platforms to ensure accurate reporting. - Dedicated Prospect Communication:
Act as the central point of contact for new clients throughout the planning phase, providing updates and guidance until they are formally transitioned to an Associate Wealth Advisor (ARS) or Client Service Associate (CSA). - Asset Management Implementation:
Facilitate the setup and implementation of Pontera for held‑away assets and Brokerage Link accounts for retirement plan participants. - Insurance & Annuity Processing:
Manage the processing of new annuities and ensure all Suitability information is properly captured and documented for compliance.
- Experience:
2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in a client onboarding or support role. - Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in Salesforce, eMoney Advisor, and Orion is highly preferred. - Attention to Detail:
Exceptional data entry skills with a focus on maintaining naming conventions and data integrity across multiple platforms. - Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex onboarding steps to clients clearly and professionally. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
