Investment Banking Associate

We are currently supporting a leading global investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate (1st or 2nd year) to join its Business Services M&A team in Atlanta. This is an opportunity to work with a highly active platform advising on middle‑market mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of business services sectors.

• Execute sell‑side M&A transactions from pitch through closing
• Build and manage financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
• Coordinate due diligence processes and data room management
• Draft CIMs, management presentations, and buyer communications
• Work closely with senior bankers and clients across multiple live deals
• Support business development and pitch efforts

• Prior sell‑side M&A transaction experience required
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred
• Highly collaborative team with strong deal flow
