Your work will involve assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.

As part of the Supply Chain & Product Finance Operations team you will lead large projects and innovate processes to enhance operational excellence. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your knowledge to drive results and maintain meaningful client interactions that secure project success. • Foster inclusivity and teamwork throughout the finance cycle of manufacturing and supply chain.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance financial operations.
• Maintain a focus on delivering quality outcomes and enhancing client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7 years of experience.

• Master’s Degree in Accountancy preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst preferred.
• Developing finance efficiency for manufacturing/supply chain cycles.
• Understanding manufacturing/supply chain operational processes.
• Familiarity with finance technologies.
• Utilizing business intelligence tools.
• Supervising and coaching teams.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
