Controller, Finance & Banking, Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Controller with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience and an active CPA. This role reports to the office on a Hybrid schedule. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership, providing strategic guidance, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements.

• Oversee daily accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure GAAP compliance and maintain strong internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support cash flow management and financial planning
• Coordinate annual audits and tax filings
• Develop, document, and enhance accounting policies and procedures
• Mentor and manage accounting staff, as applicable
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic and financial initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required/preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Professional services experience required
• Prior experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
