Role Description

As a Financial Services Representative, you will work along a senior advisor to provide personalized financial guidance and solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. In this entrepreneurial, hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting with investments, insurance, and financial planning, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will analyze individual financial needs, create tailored plans, and ensure clients are supported throughout their financial journeys while you build a book of business.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
  • Goal focused, winning attitude and over achievers in any category are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in understanding Investments and Insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain trusted relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment
  • Relevant licensing or certifications, such as a Series 6, 7, or life/health insurance license, is a plus
  • This career is primarily commission based but also includes stipends and bonuses.
  • Performance driven revenue that comes with flexibility
  • In your first year you are expected to earn from $60,000 - $110,000 but is uncapped.
  • Residual and compounding income should increase from there on.
