Commercial Finance Associate; Atlanta

Our client’s Commercial Finance team advises clients across a wide range of secured financing transactions. The practice encompasses sophisticated and complex matters, including syndicated lending transactions, leveraged acquisitions, and mezzanine and second lien structured lending. Associates work closely with experienced practitioners and regularly collaborate with the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in connection with acquisition financings and other strategic transactions.

This role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in structuring, negotiating, and closing high-level financing matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience with commercial lending transactions, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple matters simultaneously.

• At least two years of relevant experience in commercial finance or a related practice area
• Experience with syndicated lending, asset‑based lending, leveraged finance, sponsor‑backed financings, and/or mezzanine lending transactions is preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within teams
