Overview

The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) role begins with obtaining necessary securities licenses and progressing through training to become an advisor who builds and manages client relationships while delivering financial solutions.
Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry License (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 within specified timelines.
- Learn and apply foundational advisory skills including acquiring, building, and managing client relationships.
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive financial advice and conduct client reviews and presentations.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to deliver solutions that meet clients’ needs.
- Transition from training to working in a financial center to deliver core banking and investment solutions.
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, identifying needs, and recommending financial solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology.
- Must obtain Series 7 and 66 within 120 days and SIE within 30 days of hire.
- Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) credential.
- Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Skills in client experience, branding, client solutions, advisory, investment management, pipeline and referral management, executive presence, oral communication, risk management.
- Position is subject to the SAFE Act. Employees must register and submit to the required background check and registration process.
- Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
Weekly
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays required.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
Hours per week: 40.
LocationThis role requires in‑office attendance in a specified financial center.
