Your role is to assist Senior Wealth Directors in identifying market opportunities, conducting sales and analyze how investment products fit into a client’s long‑term protection and legacy planning.

• Analyze financial products to assess their risk-return profiles.
• Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on various financial assets.
• Monitor global market trends and summarize their impact on client portfolios.
• Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking of different investment products.

• Assist in the preparation of financial and investment proposal decks and monthly portfolio performance reviews.
• Assist in preparing financial portfolio summaries that consolidate a client's existing portfolio, coverage gaps, and investment performance.
• Draft investment proposals tailored to specific life stages (e.g., education planning for children or retirement legacy).

• Shadowing client meetings to record minutes and track follow‑up actions (e.g., account opening, KYC documentation).
• Assisting in onboarding of clients.
• Conducting sales and meeting sales targets.
• Track sales performance data and incentive tiers for the team.

You will work in a dynamic environment under senior leadership. You will be guided and learn the art of persuasion, develop professional resilience, and build a high‑value network of industry leaders. This role will enable you to learn how to solve real‑world business problems and understanding the mechanics of financial, sales and investment strategies.
