Sr. Financial & Contracts Analyst

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (40-hour wk)

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or similar role
• Strong experience owning and managing large, complex budgets
• Hands‑on experience with invoice processing, tracking, and reconciliation
• Advanced Excel skills (comfortable working with large datasets, building trackers/models)
• Experience managing spend across multiple accounts, initiatives, and vendors
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently and keep multiple priorities on track
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with finance, procurement, and operations

A major healthcare system in Atlanta is seeking a highly analytical Sr. Financial & Contract Analyst to support complex budgeting, financial oversight, and vendor management initiatives across multiple departments. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, owning large‑scale budgets across several initiatives while ensuring financial accuracy, accountability, and visibility. This role is heavily focused on budget ownership and financial operations, including managing high volumes of invoices, tracking spend across multiple accounts, and supporting vendor‑related financial activity.

The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel expertise, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complexity across a large vendor landscape.

$45-52/hr (Based on experience, education, certifications)
