Investment Banking Analyst

We are currently parented with a leading lower middle market investment bank actively looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their team in Atlanta, GA.

• Opportunity to work as a generalist across industrials, business services, healthcare, consumer, and technology.
• Gain extensive sell-side, buy-side, and financing reps partnering primarily with founder-family-owned businesses as well as some private equity partners.
• You will have a clear path for upward mobility working on a lean deal team.

The Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:

• 1+ years within investment banking, private equity, corporate development, TAS, or audit and assurance
• Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• Strong M&A experience.
