Senior Associate, State & Local Tax

• Assist clients with state and local tax planning and compliance.
• Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation.
• Research and analyze tax laws and regulations relevant to clients.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in State and Local Tax (SALT) or related tax roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of state and local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to deliver innovative tax services to clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting tax laws and regulations relevant to state and local taxes.
• Experience working with clients to maximize tax opportunities and ensure compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid work environments.
