Treasury Manager; International

We are conducting a search on behalf of an established, internationally operating company seeking a Treasury Manager to join its corporate treasury team. The Treasury Manager will be highly visible and hands‑on, supporting global cash management, foreign exchange activity, and treasury system ownership within a complex multinational environment. The position supervises a team of 2–5 global staff and reports to senior treasury leadership. The role will help shape global liquidity strategy, manage banking relationships outside the U.S., and contribute to treasury transformation and acquisition activity.

• Oversee international cash positioning, liquidity planning, and global cash forecasting.
• Develop and maintain efficient global cash structures, including inter‑company funding and pooling.
• Manage foreign currency exposure and execute hedging strategies in line with company policy.
• Partner closely with Accounting on hedge documentation and compliance.
• Own treasury operations related to inter‑company loans, settlements, and documentation.
• Serve as the business lead for the Treasury Management System (TMS), driving requirements, prioritization, and adoption.
• Support acquisition and divestiture activity from a treasury and liquidity perspective.
• Maintain strong relationships with global banking partners and external service providers.
• Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CTP designation preferred.
• 4–12+ years of treasury experience, preferably with a leadership background.
• Experience managing international cash, FX exposure, and global banking structures, and executing currency hedging.
• Prior experience using a Treasury Management System.
• Background in a large, multinational corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Effective communicator able to partner across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Accounting.
• People management experience is a plus, depending on level.
• Strong international focus required, including FX and global liquidity expertise.
• Track record of job stability and career progression.

Location:

Atlanta, GA (relocation support may be available for the right individual in the Southeast US).
