Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership for West and Canada Sub-regions working with RGMs and Commercial Leaders to drive growth
- Lead the Weekly Pulse, Monthly SRO and Annual planning process
- Own the monthly close process, providing forecast inputs to NAM BAP Leader & CFO
- Provide accurate and timely analytics, reports, and insightful observations to managers and executives to increase operational performance across cost management and margin improvement
- Prepare presentations for management reviews including MBRs, Weekly Pulses, and Monthly close reports.
- Support Contract Portfolio growth initiatives, managing complex accounting and working with controllership
- Work closely with program management to increase visibility around utilization, billability, overtime and absorption to unlock financial gains
- Drive operational rigor working closely with functional owners on renewals and cancellations, billings, and invoicing to limit/eliminate monthly accruals
- Own Working Capital including cash collections, past due reduction and unbilled balance
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align operational goals and objectives
- Four-year accounting/finance degree required; MBA & CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience working in accounting/finance positions, with operational experience.
- Experience with SAP, Digital Dashboards including BI and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Able to quickly understand and explain complex data/issues and distill complex and voluminous data into understandable information.
- Ability to develop and lead new business models and support organizational shift.
- Ability to partner with leadership around strategic objectives.
- Ability to develop software-based business management metrics to support decision making.
- Highly proficient PC skills, especially in Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong initiative with a proven ability to follow-through on projects and bring them to a timely completion.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to gain trust at the highest levels of the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
