Director of Finance

We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare services organization seeking a Director of Finance to lead Operational Finance and Corporate FP&A. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, performance management, and long-term planning across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, analytical finance leader with a background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting who enjoys building processes, improving KPIs, and influencing business decisions.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning
• Drive monthly operating reviews and performance analysis
• Partner with operational leaders to provide data‑driven insights and decision support
• Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investments
• Prepare board‑level presentations and executive reporting
• Mentor and develop members of the finance team
• Support financial systems and process improvements

• 8‑10+ years of finance experience
• Background working with a company of at least $400M in revenue
• Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning systems is a plus

Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, and other business and organizational needs. The salary range is disclosed as required by local law. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
