Join a growing organization as an FP&A Manager, supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. This role serves as a key partner to executive leadership, translating financial data into insights that support business decisions. The FP&A Manager owns core planning processes, maintains financial models, develops reporting packages, and improves visibility into company performance.
This is a strong opportunity for a highly analytical finance professional who enjoys building models, working cross‑functionally, and helping leadership understand the financial impact of operational decisions.
Responsibilities- Key interface with private equity ownership group, while reporting to the CFO.
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and rolling forecast processes.
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models used for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Develop driver‑based operating models that connect departmental activity to revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership.
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to evaluate spending, headcount planning, growth initiatives, and operational performance.
- Design and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and scorecards to improve visibility into business performance.
- Support pricing analysis, ROI analysis, strategic planning, and other ad hoc financial projects.
- Prepare clear financial commentary and recommendations for non‑finance stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and overall financial discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a similar quantitative finance role.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including experience building complex Excel models from scratch.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and how operational drivers impact financial results.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with cross‑functional leaders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Self‑directed, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
