Job Description
At Regions, the Corporate Relationship Specialist provides general administrative and sales support to Corporate Relationship Managers and serves corporate bank clients.
Primary Responsibilities- Acts as the primary point of contact for Corporate Banking clients and manages all servicing requests related to the client’s banking relationship
- Performs daily support activities related to client relationships and keeps the respective Relationship Managers informed of client activity and interactions
- Ensures data integrity for the overall portfolio and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner
- Communicates internally and externally to resolve client issues and concerns
- Manages multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Supports the Relationship Manager(s) with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Proactively identifies and executes process improvements to enhance client experience and deal team effectiveness
- Assists with event execution, special projects, and pitch books
- Deposits
- Collaborates with RM to determine best deposit solutions
- Opens/closes new deposit products
- Collects, reviews, and scans KYC documents
- Works with Treasury Management to onboard new clients
- Provides guidance to deposit clients and routes to appropriate Treasury resource
- Pulls daily Non‑Sufficient Funds reports
- Processes deposit account maintenance and research
- Works with branches to onboard corporate clients with ongoing servicing
- Credits/Loans
- Acts as liaison between Credit Products Underwriting, Corporate Loan Fulfillment, and the Relationship Management teams
- Assists with loan due diligence and documentation
- Assists with letter of credit closing (new, renewal, modification)
- Assists in clearing post‑closing loan documentation exceptions
- Processes loan payments and advances on lines of credit
- Compliance/Regulatory
- Maintains data integrity in applicable systems
- Creates account record in One View as client CIP form
- Collects client information for applicable parties and entities
- Obtains and reviews entity documentation for clients and parties
- Completes Beneficial Ownership certification forms
- Follows procedures for properties in a Special Flood Hazard Area
- Reporting
- Organizes data within RGA for accurate 360 reporting
- Compiles reports (360 Report, Power BI, One View Pipeline, Overdrafts, Maturities, Past Due, Exception Reporting) for Relationship Managers
- May guide and/or train less experienced Corporate Relationship Specialists
This position requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED with six (6) or more years of general banking experience
- Or, a Bachelor’s degree with four (4) years of banking or client support experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify goals, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with customers and internal departments
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactively seeks opportunities to execute tasks effectively without direct supervision
- Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job‑specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for an associate include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and performance.
Job Range Target
Minimum: $53,025.00 USD
Median: $66,832.50 USD
