FP&A Analyst with a diversified Atlanta-based real estate company. Summary
This highly visible role will report to the FP&A Director and will be responsible for gathering information to help produce forward-looking financial statements and operatingmetrics for senior management and Board members.
Responsibilities- Responsible for reporting monthly KPI’s, preparing quarterly scorecards, and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist with preparing annual Business Plan and quarterly reforecast.
- Responsible for preparing quarterly valuations and assisting with annual appraisal process.
- Manage research for competitor analysis, market stats, and regional benchmarks.
- Provide analysis of both internal and external data.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and regional offices.
- Maintain property level cash flow models.
- Manage and develop Excel models and other business tools.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in FP&A.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required.
- Real estate experience a plus.
- Experience with Yardi and/or Argus a plus.
