Position Overview

As a Credit Product Specialist within PNC's Regional Credit Products Group, you will be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, PA;
Dallas, TX;
Atlanta, GA or East Brunswick, NJ. The role is an in‐office position focusing on credit product expertise and client partnership across PNC.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a market‑level credit product expert, structuring and advising clients on credit and credit‑related transactions within PNC’s risk profile.
  • Manage the full execution of credit products, including ACH, FX, EF, derivatives, and related documentation.
  • Oversee the diligence, approval, and negotiation of legal documents and closing.
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Banking team and product partners (TM, FX, DCM) to identify revenue opportunities and deliver integrated credit solutions.
  • Maintain a portfolio of borrowers, communicating directly with clients and managing ongoing portfolio activities.
  • Lead internal white‑boarding and diligence sessions to assess viable solutions and drive the internal approval process.
  • Mentor and develop junior talent, providing training and guidance on credit processes.
Qualifications
  • University or college degree required; higher education such as a master’s or PhD desirable.
  • Eight or more years of industry‑relevant experience in credit, commercial real‑estate, consumer lending or related fields.
  • Strong analytical, decision‑making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in credit analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management.
  • Experience with credit transactions and loan documentation within a banking environment.
