Public Finance Mid-Level Attorney

Our client is seeking an attorney with two to four years of transactional experience to join its Public Finance group in its Atlanta office.

Candidates with transactional experience in public finance, real estate, or securities are encouraged to apply.

The role involves working on tax‑exempt and taxable bond financings, economic development projects, infrastructure, affordable housing, and related public‑sector transactions.

Ideal candidates have experience drafting and reviewing core transaction documents, working with issuers, underwriters, and bond professionals, and managing deals from start to close.

A strong academic record, relevant market experience, and exceptional analytical and writing skills are preferred.

Admission to the Georgia Bar is preferred and required within one year of joining.
