Senior Treasury Manager

We're partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-focused brand that's scaling rapidly and investing heavily in its finance organization. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly visible Senior Treasury Manager role where you'll help shape treasury strategy, optimize liquidity, and support continued growth across the organization.

• Lead cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and cash concentration structures
• Manage debt compliance, covenant reporting, and lender communications
• Partner on FX exposure, risk management, and hedging strategies as applicable
• Enhance treasury policies, controls, and systems to support a scaling organization

• 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, or related roles
• Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships
• Background in a high-growth, multi-entity, or consumer-focused environment highly preferred
• Solid understanding of debt structures, covenant compliance, and treasury controls
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CTP a plus)
