Job DescriptionAs a Tax Manager
, you will provide tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse client base within the construction and real estate industries. Your responsibilities include performing tax research, working with clients on tax matters, implementing special projects, identifying and implementing tax planning, preparing tax calculations, managing client relationships, developing staff in a highly interactive team environment, and leading multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- BS in Accounting required;
Master’s in Taxation or LLM is a plus. - CPA required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting focusing on real estate and construction.
- Real Estate Partnership experience preferred.
- Successful engagement and client management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve client issues, anticipate and address client concerns, and resolve problems as they arise.
- Experience with growing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
