Senior Advisor, Financial Services | Forensic and Litigation Consulting

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Expert Witness to provide independent, objective analysis and testimony in legal matters involving banking, lending practices, and financial regulations.

• Review and analyze complex financial documents, transactions, and industry practices.
• Prepare detailed expert reports, opinions, and rebuttals for legal proceedings.
• Provide deposition and courtroom testimony as required.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategy and technical arguments.
• Interpret financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry norms.
• Assess damages, risk exposure, and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Stay current with evolving financial laws, regulations, and market practices.

• 10–15 years of experience in financial services (e.g., banking, compliance, or risk management).
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas: banking operations and lending, financial regulations and compliance, electronic payments, banking, and financial technology.
• Prior experience serving as an expert witness or supporting litigation strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and testimony.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to non-experts.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, FRM, or similar.
• Experience with regulatory bodies or enforcement actions.
• Familiarity with litigation procedures and expert witness standards.
