- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- Tax accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
- Strong corporate compliance experience is required; partnership experience is a plus.
- CPA or progression toward CPA preferred.
- Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager.
- Strong computer desktop skills required; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable.
- Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
