About the Role

Dew Wealth Management is a fiduciary investment advisory firm that provides Fractional Family Office wealth management services to entrepreneurs. The role is not a traditional advisory position; clients are the entrepreneurs who built some of America’s most successful businesses. As an Associate Advisor you will partner closely with Advisors, Lead Advisors, and Senior Advisors to manage the complex wealth of these entrepreneurs, coordinate a team of specialized professionals, and deliver strategic insights that advance their financial goals.

Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex family wealth dynamics, coordinate professional advisors (attorneys, CPAs, business managers), and juggle competing priorities across personal wealth and active business.
  • Dive deep into advanced planning strategies, including irrevocable trust structures, qualified small business stock (QSBS) elections, entity optimization, and wealth transfer techniques.
  • Address diverse and multifaceted problems with high stakes while managing a steep learning curve.
  • Join an elite team tackling intellectually challenging work in wealth management and develop the ability to cite specific IRC sections and explain the nuances of GRATs in client meetings.
  • See the direct impact of your work on entrepreneurs’ lives and grow professionally faster than expected.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor that successful entrepreneurs rely on for their most important financial decisions, rather than engaging in cold‑calling or chasing assets under management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of financial services experience, ideally in an advisory or client‑facing capacity.
  • Current enrollment in or completion of the CFP® program (preferred).
  • Must reside in the continental United States.
Skills & Attributes
  • Gravitas:
Command respect in virtual or in‑person meetings with entrepreneurs, attorneys, and CPAs, communicating with clarity and confidence.
  • Intellectual Firepower:
Thrive on solving complex problems, synthesizing information rapidly, asking insightful questions, and spotting patterns others miss.
  • Grit:
Persist through obstacles, find solutions, and use feedback to improve.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Understand and appreciate what drives entrepreneurs and be energized by their intensity.
  • Extreme Ownership:
Deliver on commitments, take full responsibility for problems, and see initiatives through, even when inconvenient.
  • Technical Nerd:
Deep passion for the Internal Revenue Code, staying current on irrevocable trusts, advanced entity planning, QSBS strategies, and wealth transfer techniques.
  • Desire to Be Great:
Commit to continuous learning, coaching, and self‑improvement to excel at what you do.
  • Effective Communication:
Convey complex concepts to sophisticated clients in an engaging and understandable way.
  • Integrity and Professionalism:
Maintain the highest standards of ethical behavior and professionalism with high‑net‑worth clients.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $65,000 plus a performance bonus paid semi‑annually, with a potential to earn up to six figures within 12 months for top performers. Additional benefits include fully subsidized healthcare, a 401(k) matching program, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan at no cost to employees.
