ABB is searching for a plug‑and‑play candidate to step into our Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) Finance Leadership team and help drive results and act as a key project stakeholder for domestic and global projects.

This role is open to remote candidates across the United States (#LI-Remote) with a preference for a candidate located near an ABB Office to work a hybrid‑remote schedule.

• Product profitability:
  Drive the full P&L transparency for various product lines including product cost. Margin visibility:
  Develop reporting model to improve the margin monitoring for various segments and plants. Make vs Buy:
  Build financial models for make vs Buy analysis for specific factories
• Financial Reporting:
  Ensures high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined ABB standards. Enforcement of Group Accounting and Reporting Guidelines.
• M&A related activities:
  Lead the financial analysis related to M&A activities. Oversee the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility. Lead the finance integration.
• Division specific projects:
  Lead the implementation of Division specific projects to improve efficiency.

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or accounting is required.
• 10+ years of experience, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated performance and results; in the areas of business, finance, operational controlling and/or accounting.
• Strong costing knowledge and understanding of factory accounting and sales accounting
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills and Solid SAP knowledge/experience (CO/FI) preferred.
• Candidates must already possess authorization to work for ABB in the US.
