Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Own full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for assigned service line(s)

• Review and analyze hospital-level P&Ls, revenue, and expenses

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close

• Present financial results, trends, and insights to Operations and management

• Support audit, budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial initiatives
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or actively on the CPA track

• MAcc or MBA required

• 3-5 years of accounting experience (public + industry preferred)

• Strong Excel skills; SAGE Intacct experience a plus

• M&A experience highly preferred
